Warranty Information

All of our lighting products come with a six (6) month warranty on the electrical components only.

In order to claim the warranty, please bring the product to our Al Barsha Branch along with your receipt.

It can take 3-7 business days for us to inspect and repair the product. Our team will get in touch with you when it is ready for collection.

There is no warranty on decorative products (Carpets, Furniture, Home Decor, Kitchen/Dining, Tiles, Artificial Flowers/Plants, Planters, etc).
