U.A.E. - 1 - 5 Working Days
Once a delivery is scheduled and has left our warehouse and is then refused by the customer and/or the customer is not available at the time/location agreed upon, a delivery charge may be withheld (Up to AED 100 for Dubai, AED 300 for other Emirates). We will call to confirm the day before and on the day of the delivery before we ship your order.
Please note, the time frame given above is an estimate based on normal conditions and circumstances.
We do not service remote areas in the UAE. You would be informed if your address is not serviceable once our shipping team contacts you for a location pin. You can change to "store pickup" if your address is not serviceable. Additional delivery charges may apply if your location is in a remote area.

Storage Policy
For store pickup or delivery, if we are asked to store the order or delay the delivery by more then 14 days from the transaction date, there is a storage fee of AED 300 for an extension of 30 days (applied on the 14th day). Storage fees must be settled before the order can be delivered. If the customer delays the delivery past the extra 30 days, the order is considered cancelled and the storage fee of AED 300 deducted from the order amount and the balance refunded in the form of online store credit valid for 30 days.
