Returns & Exchanges

Please choose your products wisely as all sales are final.

Please note that refunds and exchanges are offered on defective items only. Any defective product must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. You may contact us via email: hello@luxxelighting.com. The Luxxe team reserves the right to check for defects and will try to repair or replace the defective product. If there is no stock available at the time, then you will receive a refund or store credit. Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Please note that we do not accept the following:

  • Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear
  • Products that have been used, altered, assembled or installed (unless they are defective)

All products must be unopened in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact.
