Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it has been processed (on the same day within 3 hours of placing the order). Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Once the order has been picked and processed at our warehouse (3 Hours after placing the order), you may still cancel the order, however a re stocking fee of 15% is applicable. The balance would be refunded in the form of online store credit valid for 30 days.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Please check the delivered item(s) carefully before signing the delivery note. Once the items have been delivered and accepted, no claims for damaged items will be entertained.

Please note that online store credit or exchanges are offered on defective items only. Any defective product must be reported at the time of delivery. Please do not accept delivery for these items. We reserve the right to check for defects and will try to repair or replace the defective product. If there is no stock available at the time, then you will receive an online store credit valid for 30 days. 

Please note that we do not accept the following:

  • Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear
  • Products that have been used, altered, assembled or installed (unless they are defective) in which case they would be repaired

All products must be unopened in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact.

All products with reduced prices are sold "as is" and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

After the order has been delivered, we do not offer a pickup service for returns/exchanges. The items must be brought to our Al Barsha branch within 3 days of delivery in order to exchange the item.

Storage Policy

For store pickup or delivery, if we are asked to store the order or delay the delivery by more then 14 days from the transaction date, there is a storage fee of AED 300 for an extension of 30 days (applied on the 14th day). Storage fees must be settled before the order can be delivered. If the customer delays the delivery past the extra 30 days, the order is considered cancelled and the storage fee of AED 300 deducted from the order amount and the balance refunded in the form of online store credit valid for 30 days.
